1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account with, or using any services provided by 639ph (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account.

639ph reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account, access gaming services, or place wagers on the 639ph Platform. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulations and Philippine law.

2.2 Residency and Jurisdiction

The Platform is intended solely for users who are legal residents of the Republic of the Philippines. You confirm that you are physically located within the Philippines at the time of account registration and at all times when accessing gaming services. Use of VPN services, proxy servers, or other means to obscure your location is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You warrant that you possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law and that you are not subject to any legal incapacity, guardianship, or conservatorship that would restrict your ability to participate in online gaming activities.

3. Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Account Creation

To access gaming services on the 639ph Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as prompted by the registration process. Required information includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method details.

You are permitted to hold only one (1) account with 639ph. The creation or use of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Detection of duplicate accounts will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances, winnings, and bonuses.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

639ph is required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) legislation to verify the identity of all account holders. As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit scanned copies or photographs of government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID card), proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership.

Withdrawals may be delayed or denied until satisfactory KYC documentation has been submitted and verified. 639ph reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to satisfy regulatory obligations.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party, and you must immediately notify 639ph customer support if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

All activities conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you shall be liable for all transactions, wagers, deposits, and withdrawals made under your account, whether or not such actions were authorized by you.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

639ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfers to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own legal name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount on the 639ph Platform is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. 639ph reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit amounts at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with our standard processing times, which vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to receiving bank processing times.

All withdrawals are subject to verification procedures, including but not limited to source of funds verification and compliance with AML regulations. 639ph reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving withdrawals and may withhold payment until such documentation is provided.

4.4 Bonus Wagering Requirements

Funds derived from promotional bonuses, free spins, or other promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms and conditions. Withdrawal requests that include bonus-derived funds will be processed only after all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Failure to meet wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from those funds.

5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.3 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Detection of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. Upon confirmation of a violation, 639ph reserves the right to permanently terminate the offending account, void all pending wagers, confiscate account balances, and report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities as required by law.

6. Responsible Gaming

639ph does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary service interruptions. 639ph will endeavour to minimise such disruptions but accepts no liability for losses arising from service unavailability.

In the event of any system or display error affecting game outcomes or displayed balances, 639ph reserves the right to void affected wagers and correct account balances accordingly. Winnings paid as a result of an error or malfunction will not be honoured and are subject to reversal.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable Philippine law, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement
